TL;DR: This is a goals club! It's your job to show up and do the work, including being a good accountability partner. Book your coaching calls in your membership timeframe and don't cancel last minute. Be kind and respectful. If something is funky, let's work it out. Don't share the content you get in this club with others (not cool). Communicate, participate, and things will go great!
The GSD Goals Club Membership ("the Club") is a subscription-based service provided by Lifeworth LLC ("Cassandra") designed to provide coaching and support ("Service") to its members ("Members").
These terms and services govern the relationship between the Club and its members
1. Joining the Club: To join the Club, individuals must complete the online registration form and pay the monthly subscription fee. Subscription fees are payable via credit card or other accepted payment methods. Membership automatically renews every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the plan selected, unless canceled by the member.
2. Club Benefits: Members gain access to goal-setting course material (GSD Roadmap), a community forum, private coaching sessions, monthly workshops, and exclusive access to educational materials, resources, and tools to support their personal and professional development. Additional benefits may include exclusive discounts on future programs or events hosted by the Club.
3. Coaching Sessions: Coaching sessions included in the Service must be used within the timeframe of that Service option. For example, the coaching session for a three-month membership must be used within those three months of membership. Members are responsible for scheduling and attending coaching sessions according to the Club's schedule. Recording or redistribution of coaching sessions without prior consent is prohibited.
Coaching sessions cannot be transferred or refunded. If a coaching session is canceled or reschduled with fewer than 24 hours notice, the session will be forfit or there will be a $50 fee.
4. Accountability Partners: I agree to fulfill the basic accountability partner requirements of three (3) outreaches via the GSD community each month. This is an important part of the membership. If your partner is not showing up, please contact Cassandra and the team so they can provide the support needed as soon as possible.
5. Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided by the Club are protected by intellectual property rights. Members may only use Club materials for personal use and may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. I agree not to steal, reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of this Service, or access to the service in any way. This includes not sharing any tracking spreadsheets or course material.
If broken, legal action will be taken. (We are a small company that works really hard, don't do us like that!)
6. Confidentiality: What happens in the club stays in the club. I agree to protect the privacy of my fellow members by not sharing member's information, goals, intellectual property, or identity outside the club.
7. Be a Kind Human: I agree to treat my fellow members with respect. I understand that physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any member or Club employee will result in immediate account termination with no refunds given.
8. Do the Work: I understand that I am joining an elite group and there are performance standards required to be involved. I agree to communicate my schedule conflicts. I understand that if I go M.I.A. I will not be invited back to the club and am not eligible for a refund for the time I missed.
9. How Payments Work: Membership automatically renews every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the plan selected, unless canceled by the member.
10. Refunds: I understand that I am not eligible for refunds or payment plan cancellations/delays outside of qualifying for the guarantees specifically mentioned below.
11. Money Back Guarantee:
I understand the money-back guarantee is only valid for my first membership cycle. (This means as soon as a renewal occurs, the money-back guarantee is no longer offered.)
To qualify for the refund, I must adhere to the following conditions:
- Completion of all coaching sessions within my membership plan (1 session for 3 months, 3 sessions for 6 months, 6 sessions for 12 months).
- Active participation in each monthly goal planning workshop: 30/60/90 Workshop (or completion of associated worksheets/content if attendance is not possible).
- Daily use of the provided daily tracking spreadsheet.
- 70% habit achievement rate on my weekly tracking each week
- Reaching at least 2 out of 4 weekly milestones each week.
- Maintaining over 70% of weekly metrics each week.
- Full engagement with my accountability partner, including at least 3 outreaches per month.
If these conditions are met and I still have not made effective progress towards my goals I can request a refund by emailing Cassandra at [email protected] for up to 15 days after the final day of my first membership cycle.
12. Termination of Membership: To cancel your membership you can either sign into your membership account and cancel or send an email to [email protected] . Cancelations or refunds must happen before the 1st of the renewal month otherwise the cancelation will take effect after the next round of membership.
13. Privacy Policy: The Club is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its members' personal information. Member data will only be used for Club-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
14. Making Changes and Improvements: The Club may update or modify these terms and services at any time, with notice provided to Members. Continued use of the Club's services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. If Things Get Messy: You agree that this Agreement will be interpreted, governed, and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. The parties agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies initiated by customers shall be submitted to an intermediary of the Company's choosing, for mediation, and if the matter is not resolved through mediation, then it shall be submitted for final and binding arbitration to a service of the Company's choosing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek resolution to any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Pennsylvania.
16. We are not A*Holes: You agree that failure of the Club to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We want the best for you! If we make an happy exception for you on one of the items above, that doesn't mean we’ve voided this agreement, it means we're throwing you a bone.
My subscribing to the Club, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and services.
